How to Resolve - Can't open PDF's I receive in emails?
Can't open PDF's I receive in emails
For some reason I can't open PDF's that are attached to emails all of the sudden. Haven't had any problems before now so I'm assuming something has changed, I just don't know what. I'm using Windows 7 and the only thing that I can think of is that the last time I ran my AVG Tuneup it suggested some changes that I ok'd but I don't remember what they were and don't know if this could have had anything to do with the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Keys to the Problem Can't open PDF's I receive in emails
I just sent myself a PDF and then checked my Cox Webmail. When I double click on the attachment name I get the option to Open, Save or Cancel. You do not see that? Try sending yourself an attachment of a different type and see if you can save that. If you can't, ask Cox why you can't save an attachment.
